Management and Employee Training

We provide guidelines for management personnel which promote better employee relations in order to maintain a more productive work environment and support a union free work place. We train management by offering educational forums to improve their “hands on” communication with their employees. Our trainings teach workplace evaluation skills resulting in the early detection of warning signs from employees interested in seeking union intervention. We offer seminal guidelines of the “do’s” and “don’ts” during the critical “showing of interest” period. Finally, we educate management in discernment skills as we teach the importance of the identification of the strengths, weaknesses and vulnerability in scenarios rampant and potentially progressive in the workplace culture.
